  AE Rendering/Playback Problems

  I rendered out some AE animations but I keep running into the same problem. After I render the animation the playback is fine on my computer, however when I play the animation on other computers (even high end ones) or on DVD the playback is slow and choppy. I have used quicktime and windows media but the results are still the same. Can someone help me solve this???

  What render and output settings are best to prevent this from happening?
