I need to figure out a way to determine the file path of an AE project, while working within the project.
I will have duplicate AE project files after executing a collect (project only). I need to determine which AE project is currently open , the local version or duplicated project? Viewing the path would tell me exactly which project I am currently working in or need to be in.

    Thank you

    Win XP
    AE 07

    Thank you

If you close the AEP and then reach for the File Menu, you will be able to see the filepath of the AEP that you last worked on, in the Recent Projects sub-menu.

I appreciate your post, thanks , for know I will just keep using save as instead, tht works sometimes better.
This couls be an XP thing but I would think Adobe might be able to work this in.
