AE-Premiere dynamic link not working unless both versions are CC2015.3?

Adobe: always thinking in the users’ best interests…..
“this is not accurate. the whole reason they put this “remove old versions” in the first place was because of user feedback

so we only have ourselves to blame here.and another thing, as designers, editors and others that are supposed to be used to reading what’s right in front of them, you would think we could read the fine print that says it will remove the old versions. we dismiss it because we are used to clicking o.k on everything. our fault x2.

if anything, we need Adobe to help us not be so lazy and give us something like this
