AE Plug-in
Does anyone know of a plug-in that can do this sort of effect in AE with moving video or images? I thought I remember DigiEffects having something like this, but I can’t seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated.

The effect looks like “BCC Halftone” (Boris Continuum Complete). Not sure if you can buy it separately from BorisFX or not. BCC is a great plug-in set.
