  AE not tracking lights

  Hey everyone,

  Ive done an animation of a ship moving, Ive added lights in C4D and add the External Composting Tag. When I go over to AE I add optical flares, set it to track lights, now my issue comes when the movement goes tooo fast it wont track the lights and they move out of place. Can anyone give insight as to why this is happening.
