I am trying to put a text layer in a picture frame being held up by a person in a video. I am using motion tracking but it is really jittery and I can’t get it to look any better. The camera pans into the shot of the frame so I set motion tracking to transform and have tried both position and rotation but it is still jittery. I also have messed with the corner pin effect but it consistently looks bad no matter what I do. The problem is that motion tracker is making my text layer move to much. I’v messed with motion tracking before and have gotten good results so I don’t know. Maybe I’m just tired. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Precomp your footage blur slightly and crank the contrast (I often use channel mixer followed by curves) Then track the whole comp
    Good Luck
