The waveforms are right there in both clips. Db is higher than 0.00. But in the comp there is no sound, nor is there sound in exported video and/or Premiere projects.

    What am I not doing?

    Thanks,

    Glen

By the visibility switch there is a visibility box for audio–is that checked? Another idea would be to check your render settings. Do you hear any sound during a RAM preview?

Thanks for thinking about this. There is no sound during RAM rendering. Audio muting for that track is ‘off’ (the audio icon is displayed). Toggling muting off and on has no effect.

Oops! I’m wrong; there is sound during RAM rendering. I’m looking around at rendering definitions but the only place that seems to apply is in the modes/switches panel and it is turned on there.
