AE Live Text template glitch in Premiere
Both client and I are on Mac (me= OS 10.9.5, client= El Cap). I created a Live Text template which works flawlessly on my end in both AE and PP. I zip the project and upload to an FTP, but when the client downloads he sees a “glitch” in the Project bin preview in Premiere Pro. This seems to affect duplicated versions in his project as well. We’ve gone through several revisions and I have renamed each version to hopefully avoid confusion on the other end. Any ideas what might be happening here?

Reverse engineering suggests this was caused by a 3rd party plugin effect.
