AE keyframes to C4D
is there a way to do this. I saw a tutorial using excell and copying and pasting. is there an exchange plugin for that yet?

No plugin, but indeed you can use some workarounds by using the structure manager, Excel, Alignj to Spline and a few other tricks. Maybe one day AEC export will also work as an import… Would certainly be nice.
