    I did a search in the AE7 Help for Apple Key Commands and could not find the following:

    What are the Key Commands for –

    Go to Next Keyframe

    Go to Previous Keyframe

    Also, is there a command key to input the amount of the selected parameter.

    Clicking the arrow to the next keyframe and then mousing to the amount = tedium ad nauseum.
