  AE IO and U?

  Does anyone have any tips on how to get the IoLA to RAM preview to an NTSC monitor at full frame rate in AE 7? I’ve seen a few posts on this problem in the past, but no real solution. I asked a few people at Adobe and Aja at NAB but no one had any idea what I was talking about.

  Basically, since upgrading to After Effects 7, a D1 RAM preview set to output to IoLA will only play back at 15 fps, while the same comp will playback full 30 fps through the KONA 2 card. I still have AE 6.5 installed and the IoLA will playback full 30 fps through it.

  Setup: Dual 2Ghz G5, Mac OS 10.3.9, 3 GB RAM, After Effects 7 (and 6.5.1), 3.5 TB Apple XRAID, IoLA and KONA 2 with all the latest drivers and firmware
