  AE Import (Finder) inconsistencies

  I am running Cs5 on a MAC OSX***

  i wrote scripts to build scenes for a project I am putting together, and although I have done this in the past without any issues, i am running into something this time round.

  The issue is when i get the script to import a file, I have it perform a search for a specific file name.

  In the past, I would run through the process manually, and AE/Finder would remember the location I had my root folder. Once I ran the script, when it gets to the part to import the files, it would remember to look in my root project folder.

  For some odd reason this time around, Finder keeps defaulting to “HOME” .
  Because of this, I cannot run this script as it will never find the files from the home directory.

  Any ideas of what I may have missed where AE/Finder is not keeping its previous settings?
