AE If condition statement
Hello good people,
I am an absolute noob with expressions. Can somebody please help me to solve my problem?
I have a text layer which is at some position. I would like to write an expression where the text layer will move to a different position it it contains some letters with diacritics, like “š, č, ř etc.
I have found some information how to use If statements but I have problems to include more variables.
For example the words “žlutý kůň” has 4 letters wich I need to put in the If statement. But I can only make it work with just on of those letters. I just dont know how to include more variables.
Any help much appreciated.

Maybe something like this. You just need to include all your special characters in the search:
pos1 = value;
pos2 = [100,100];
myString = "žlutý kůň";
myPos = pos1;
if (myString.search(/š|č|ř|ž|ý|ů|ň/) > -1){
myPos = pos2;
}
myPos
