    Hello,

Does anyone know what this error message means or how I can find out how to fix my composition?

I had added more keyframes to what I thought was a simple composition (showing text fly off the screen with
    some background footage).

    Thanks.

It sounds like one of the frames of your background source footage is corrupt.

does it play on it’s own outside of AE?

Did you make it yourself? Can you re-make it?

If it’s an image sequence, can you replace that bad frame?
