AE Error: crash occured while invoking rendering plug-in “Open GL”

I”ve been getting a fair number of Open GL crashes too. Not all day, all the time, but usually if there is a crash it is Open GL related. The quick fix is to switch to adaptive resolution. The long fix is to wait for a bug fix 😉

how do you switch to adaptive resolution? because ive been getting the crash the secont i hit the play button on my footage if i pause the footage or touch any thing i get the same message(im really not that good at this program so if you could give me some instruction on how to do this it would help so much
