AE emitter some work, some don’t
I’m using a licensed copy of PI for AE, ver 1.02. When I add the PI effect to a layer in my composition window some of the emitters work, but some of them add the effect to the layer but with a caption that says and nothing appears in the composition window.

Which emitters for example? Anything that uses the “get color from layer” feature won’t work in pIAE. Everything else should though.

for example, emitters out of the “emitters_10_09” library won’t work but emitters from “PE_Extreme_Graphics” will

All of them. In fact all of my Pro Emitters work, and the Default library works, but no other emitters work.

I was able to fix the problem. I copied all my emitters from
C:Program FilesparticleIllusion 3.0Emitter Libraries
to
C:UsersMy DocumentswondertouchEmitter Libraries
