AE CS6 Search Bar frustration
I upgraded to CS6 from CS4 a couple weeks ago and I’ve come upon a little quirk that is slowing me down. When I go to use the search bar in the Effects & Presets panel, a drop-down of previously searched items shows up, blocking the top items in the search results — and blocking the effect I’m looking for. You then have to wait until the drop-down disappears to choose the hidden effect. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING. We all know what it’s like to work in rhythm and when something stupid like this trips up the breakneck speed, it causes extreme frustration. IS THERE ANY WAY TO TURN THIS OPTION OFF?
