  AE CS6 error – Internal value out of range (33 :: 3)

  I keep getting an error in after effects: internal value out of range (33 :: 3) every time I try to save my project. I’ve been saving fine every day except until today when I got a update message for AIR. I didn’t update right away because I didn’t want to do it while I had a project open.

  I’ve also tried to save to several drives but nothing is working. The only thing is it still saves to the drive but when I try to open it, it gives me an error that the file is damaged or unreadable.

  Please, does anyone have any suggestions what this error is? I’ve tried to do a search but nothing comes up.
