i can’t hear any preview audio form KONA Card in after Effect CS4/5.
only can hear file’s audio form AJA Playback Plugins.
    Any Setting can change that?
In PremierePro it’s works fine with listing audio form Kona Card

Not sure I understand…you CAN hear with AJA plugins or you CAN’T…

The plugins work, but the card doesn’t?

    More details are necessary

    Thanks

    Right, but which monitor?

The sound will come from the AJA card when you route video and audio that way, it should come from your computer’s sound card when you aren’t using an AJA editing mode.

There is a setting in the preferences…the ASIO settings should give you a choice between AJA and Adobe or Windows or something like that.

Even if you can get audio from your computer while you send video to the AJA card, it would not be synced. You really want the video and audio to be together…all on the computer…or all on the Kona card.

It seems in premiere there is a setting that makes you select the output of audio between the i/o on your video editing card/breakout box vs the one on your sound card. You have to choose the one you want. It seems like there is a toggle selection on one of the menus but I am not in front of it now to tell you how to get there. You’ve probably found it already since the post was some time ago.
