AE crashes when utlizing BCC Extruded eps filter
AE Version 10.01.1.19 BCC AE 7
When trying to use any of BCC 3D object filters system crashes. I’ve called up old 3d logos from months past and they also crash while trying to read .eps file. Tried disabling open gl, no luck. Tried turning video preview off, no luck. Any recommendations?

Hi Randy,
So is this crash with old .eps files new behavior with files that used to work for you on that system? Has anything changed recently on the system that you are using? It’s difficult to offer much help without knowing more details regarding the system that you are using and without having direct access to the eps files that you are attempting to extrude.
I think the fastest route to resolving this may be for you to check in with our support team; they can be reached via email at support@borisfx.com. Meanwhile, if you would like to sen me one of the eps files that is crashing your system I’ll give it a shot on my system to see if that’s the cause of the problem.
