AE crash
hey
i’ve got little problem with AE. any time i’m trying to import files AE crashes. i can’t open any files because of it. on adobe’s support page there aren’t solutions for problems like this. i reinstaled AE to solve this problem, but it doesn’t work. still crashing.
please help me

there are two things i would look at… third party plugins and third party quicktime components. if you have installed anything new recently, try removing those first. you can find the pulgins in the ae application folder, i’m not sure where the quicktime components would be installed in windows.
