i dont know what do you mean but if u mean to see from Help>about After effects it tells me adobe after effects cc version 12.0.0.404

You really need to update. If you’re going to use AE version 12, you should be on 12.2.1.5
You could also consider jumping all the way up to the latest version which is version 13.

The updates include a lot of bug fixes including weird cache issues like you’re experiencing.
