can someone tell me some of the best codec to use with ae for 720×480 out put thanks..

I prefer lossless, though everything depends on your prefs and needs. Make it lossless with alpha if you need an alpha channel, and/or add audio to suit your needs. There is no set answer for this question, though for all my personal preferences, I just love me some lossless. 🙂 (It’s a sickness, I know. I am looking for some help)

I tend to either use the Lossless preset or the Quicktime Animation codec, as its basically lossless but in a much smaller file size.
