    AE clip freezing in PR

    Hi Guys,

    I am having some major issues playing AE comps in premiere within a timeline.

    I am on a MacPro 12 cores, 12Gb RAM and ATI 5870 1024MB.

    I am new to Premiere and I might be missing some settings that could facilitate this issue.

    Locking it up or just REALLY sluggish?

    Thanks. Freezing, then starting then freezing. When I click on something it takes a while. I get the beach ball.

    3d space camera moves, some QT files, text, particles, textures.
    18/20 layers….

    So my initial thought is….if it’s complex in AE….PPro doesn’t make it real time…

    It just allows it to be dynamically linked to PPro
