    Hello!

Having a funky problem. I have a project in which I have a nested composition with a texture applied to a solid layer (which also is gridded into bars) in that nested composition.

When I added the texture through the “texturizer” plugin to the original composition, it seemed to work great. But when I went to the composition using it within nested, I couldn’t see any texture. Any thoughts?

    Thanks, guys.

Ok, it’s got something to do with the camera. When I move the camera, the textures disappear, but when the camera stops, they are there. HELP!!!!!!

    Thank you!
    Justin.

I turned it off in the composition window, but it still looked the same. Thanks for the post! I hope to figure this one out! 🙂

Why not apply the effects to the nested comp in the master comp instead of within the nested comp? This may be able to get you around what sounds to me like a collapse transformations issue.

The solution was so obvious I should have known better. The texture layer was imported at a later point in time than the beginning. The texture has to actually be under the layer at any given point in time in order to be used.
