AE bug on showing layer controls on comp viewer
Hello, sorry for my english i’m french..
Since i made the new after effect update, i have a serious issue and i can’t figure out how to change it.
After a few minutes working on any AE project, my layer outlines (nulls, masks, shape layers and any layers borders) disappear sometimes blinking as i move my pointer, sometimes completely.
“SHOW LAYER OUTLINES” option is still on..
It’s annoying because i can’t work anymore with masks, move nulls by hand, and see my shape layers..
I erased my disk cache and clean database but didn’t work.
I reinstalled After effect and didn’t work.
I erased my preferences not better.
I have the latest drivers for my graphics card.
I tried Disable hardware acceleration in AE’s Project Settings. didn’t work.
Recently i worked on a less heavy project and the probleme didn’t appear.. But back on heavy ones it’s appearing again!
I’ve sent a message to adobe community manager but they didn’t answer me..
Does anyone have an idea?

Does it make a difference if you change Preferences > Display > Hardware Accelerate Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels? (Note that this is a different setting than Project Settings > Video Rendering and Effects > Use (acceleration)).
