AE 7 Compatibility
I have a Dell pentium 4 cpu, 3.00 GHZ processor with 1 GB of Ram. Is this quick enough to run After Effects 7 Pro on it?

It will run fine. Whether it’s fast enough depends on the complexity of projects and your perception of ‘fast’. Very subjective. But it should run fine.
