I’m using AE 7. I don’t know if this is a bug or not but when I create and animation, example: moving a solid from point A to point B and animating scale, opacity, and rotation… You can go into the graph editor and edit the animation curves with a bezier handle on all of them except the position. Why is this? I can get handles on the speed graph but when I go into the value graph, it doesn’t give me the option. Can anyone tell me why this would be… and if theres some way to make this work, I’d appreciate the help. Thanks.

Is your spatial interpolation linear? It will need to be switched to bezi

I’ve tried all that… I’ve come to realize that you can’t do it at all. You can only do it using the handle on the screen, or by switching to the speed value and messing around with that. Thanks for the help anyway.

I’m from a 3D background and I’m used to manipulating all my animations using graphs and such. Thats why this was bugging me.

There should be a preset in AE 7 that, using expressions, gives you 3-axis graph functionality for position. Sorry, I’m not at AE7 right now …
