re: the news item about Boris CC needing to be upgraded in order to work with AE 7.

Is this going to be the case with plug-ins from other sources? Foundry? Trapcode?

If so, you have to add a bit to the budget for the upgrade.

From the users I have spoken to, Magic Bullet seems to be the only plug-in that doesn’t work yet. I could be wrong but that is how I have thought it’s going. There was a guy in the news forum responding to the Boris press release who was asking why he needed to upgrade when his BCC is working just fine in AE7…

I have BCC 3.04 on the PC and it works just fine with AE7 as well. In fact, it seems “snappier” than on 6.5.

In it Red Giant Software says that it will have updated MB plugins soon. Also got an email from Digital Anarchy saying that 3D assistants with be updated soon.
