    Hey Everyone,

I am working with AE on a 30 cinema display…the desktop is a black and white image, and when I start after effects, I can see the background image faintly through the comp window sin AE 7…any idea why? I think it is a monitor ghosting problem, but you never know…thanks…

I’ve noticed that faint images linger onscreen with LCD displays. They go away.

I have the same problem here on 4 Brand new Quads and Macpro. All of these are equipped with 30″ screens. Sometimes it gets even worse -there will be some graphics “glitches” and green/blue pixel “Snow” all over the screen. To get rid of it I have to switch the screen off/on. I think that the new series of cinema Displays (the brighter ones) have a hardware construction problem. These behaviors are not visible on the older 30″ screens.
