AE 6.5 Pro crashing when invoking CS Fast Blur
I am working on a project and the program crashed when I applied the CS Fast Blur effect. It did the usual and let me save before shutting down but when I re-open the program and load the project it tries to apply the effect again and crashes again. I cannot get back into my project! Any help would be greatly appreciated

Remove the effect’s AEX (temporarily) from your AE folder. It will report as missing, but your project should open.

Maybe having your “caps lock” button engaged will let you open it up and delete the effect.

THANK YOU!!!! It worked to just hit caps lock and then delete the effect. It was a text layer I was applying it too…I have deleted and retyped the text layer and now it seems fine.
