    ADXT RAID help

    Hi,
    hopefully someone here can help me as this seems to be the forum with most postings about ADTX fibre RAIDs

    I have a customer who purchased one, a MasStore AXRR-LH000F, from a previous supplier but he has no details of the IP address, user name or password and no trace of the software that came with it. I am hoping that everything is set to default as I try to get into it to make some configuration changes for him.

    Can the unit be configured from a browser or do you have to use the Virtual Console software?
    What is the default IP address, user name and password for the system?
    Is there a way of forcing the unit back to defaults for IP address, user name & password?

    Thanks again in advance for any help that anybody may be able to give me.

    post on the Apple XSAN or Active Storage forums, as they have ex ADTX employees on these forums.
