  • Advice on which stock footage house to try

Posted by Harry Bromley-davenport on September 18, 2007 at 8:23 pm

I need some stock footage of (a) angles on the press and cameramen at a press conference and (b) news footage of volunteers searching for a missing child – perhaps in fields or woods.

Of the many stock footage companies out there, can anyone recommend one which might be more likely to have what I’m looking for and save me a whole bunch of time?

Many thanks if you have any bright ideas.

BBC Motion Gallery will definitely have the goods… But, they are not cheap.

    Call Jason Krieger | Account Executive | BBC Motion Gallery | 818 299 9714.

Try a global search engine like fotosearch.com. You can sometimes navigate to the owners and get the best price, but not cheap.

    Have a wonderful day.

    Thanks for the advice.

Surprisingly Sony has turned out to be very helpful with massive choices of shots.

    Thasnks again
