Hi Guys and Gals, has anyone experienced this?? I am running Sony Vegas pro 10 which has been an awesome program so far…but here’s where the problem starts.

I have a Sony HDR-CX105 which when played back directly to the TV is really nice quality, but when I import the footage into the computer and into SOny Vegas, the playback is really jittery??… My current Graphics card is a Nvidia Geforce 9400 GT and I’m wondering if this is the problem… I’ve tried watching 1080 video clips on youtube and they play fine.

Windows Media Player and quicktime also suffer the same jittery effect

Your opinions would be gratefully appreciated

    Darren

Your computer is probably not powerful enough to playback full HD video. This has nothing to do with your video card. It all depends on how fast your CPU is and how many cores it has.
