    Hi all,
We are seeking advice from experienced video production and similar industry related organisations to find the most optimal structure to our video production startup.

Our video content will validate certain claims and beliefs providing the audience with trustworthy and reliable results in an entertaining and educational manner. Validation will be carried out in a home environment as oppose to labs or controlled environments to ensure anyone watching can replicate the results easily and reliably. Viewers will be provided with a validation of ‘True’ or ‘False’ for these claim and may include a possible alternative that does work under household conditions.

We aim to have a paying subscription model established to gain funds to produce these videos (i.e. staff wages, equipment, and travel), however, we are unsure as to what approach to take with the actual subscription model. A tier system seems logical for us so that higher tier paying viewers gain more perks, such as discounted merchandise.
So far, we plan to have a basic tier and premium tier with the following perks:

    Basic

    Access to basic content
Ability to write and read comments on forum
    Shout outs during videos

Premium (All features of basic plus)

    Merchandise discounts
Ability to create forum posts / threads
Abilit- to up-vo-e/down-vote other people comments (Similar to likes and dislikes)
Ability to have video team record in the subscribers own home environment
We would like some advice from you to help develop the subscription model and would really appreciate any suggestions.

Additionally, if you were a paying subscriber what would you expect from us ansubscriptionription pricing would seem reasonable for the given features?

We would be open to discuss our startup in further detail privately with those who can really help us
    Thank you in advance
    Team Preptalk
