  ADVAudioDev: Failed to set DIO audio sample rate

  Hi all,

  I recently upgraded to MC 5.5.3 from 5.5.1 and now am experiencing an issue I’ve never had.

  When I searched it the newest item that came up is from ’08. It is, as the subject suggests…

  ADVAudioDev” Failed to set DIO audio sample rate.

  I’m on a Mac OS 10.6.8, Dual 2.8 Quad Core Intel Xeon with 4GB 800 MHz DDR2.

  I’m connected to a Matrox Mini for monitoring purposes.

  As of yesterday, everything worked well, today I cannot monitor through the Matrox Mini, I get the spinning Beachball with the Error message and unless I use the 1394 configuration, MC crashes.

  It occurs throughout all my projects so it’s not really an audio issue.

  Any ideas?
