advantage to recapturing w/ Kona card before running through teranix?
I’m working on a documentary right now with many different formats and we’re getting ready to online.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it would be worth it to recapture all of our DV footage with a Kona card before running it through a teranix. We have a bunch of masters that we will have to rent a cold room to capture anyway, and we could recapture our DV then, but I was just wondering if it would be worth it or if it would cause any complications.
anyone have an idea?

What are you supplying to the Teranex facility? I guess what I mean is, what’s the advantage of recapturing? Giving them the dv tapes is the most ‘lossless’ way.
