  ADV Audio Dev: Unable to prepare DV device for audio output

  Working along… then get this error message. My last hour or so of work was never able to be saved and now can’t play anything… anyone know what to do? What’s wrong. Everytime I go to play anything in timeline or in preview this is what comes up – DV Audio Dev: Unable to prepare DV device for audio output… UGG – sometimes so frustrating… and of course going into a holiday weekend is when problems start.

  Thanks in advance if anyone can shed any light on this error.
