  adobe trial version trouble

  hoping some one can help. I have just completed the download and setup of the 30 day trial of indesign from the adobe website. I have gone through the installation and the set.up exe business, but all i am left with is an ‘adobe cs3’ folder on my desktop which when i double click, just opens up to the constituent folders. Can anyone understand what i mean and know what i might be doing wrong/not doing at all? ive sat through about 2 hours worth of installations, or what feels like it anyway, and i just want to be able to open up indesign so i can start learning.
