    Hi,

In case anyone is considering purchasing Adobe Technical Support, we here at Center City Film & Video have had an Adobe Tech Support account for several years (that’s the kind that costs money), and I’m very unimpressed with the service. Every time we call we have to go through multiple layers of people who ask the same questions about our account number before we finally get a tech on the horn, and more often than not the techs aren’t much help in solving the professional level problems we are encountering. I’ve found they usually suggest all the things I’ve already tried, and then are just as stumped as me. While the service may be more appropriate for novice users (who probably can’t afford to pay for it), I will recommend to my company that we stop wasting our money. If anyone asked me if it’s worth the money, I’d tell them you get better information in this forum for free.

Out of curiosity and to avoid having to look for it myself, how much does the service cost?

We pay several hundred dollars per year for multiple accounts…

Have you complained to Steve Kilisky, Senior Product manager? He’s a good egg. You may be able to reach him through his blog.
