I have been using Premiere CC for a while now without any issue. However after I updated recently, I am seeing a strange, strobing like flash on some clips that I’ve applied warp stabilizer to. Even after exporting. I’ve uploaded an example here:

Does anyone know what the issue is? Or is this user error? I had used the warp stabilizer effect often without issue before updating.

    Thanks,

    Cole

Have you tried to clean your media cache? what kind of codec are you working with? Long GOP?

What frame rate was the footage shot at? I’m trying to stabilize some 59.94 (60P) and it’s doing the same crop, but without the flicker. In a 23.97 timeline it doesn’t do it. But in my case i need to stabilize the 60P so I can get some smooth slow mo going…

    Hi Cole,
This might be an issue with users that have an Intel Iris Pro GPU. We know about the case and are working on it right now. For now, you can use the Mercury Playback Engine Software Only setting to use the Warp Stabilizer.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Thanks Kevin, that seems to have solved the issue.

P.S. Your tutorials were a big help when first making the switch to Premiere!

    Hi,
I am experiencing the same issue and also tried fixing this by changing the mercy playback setting although it did not help for me. I have also tried tiding up cash as well as re installing Premiere.
    Kind regards,
    Johan

HI. The issue is still not repaired. Do you know how to render without glitch or when will be an update to fix this problem???
