  Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5.1 Crashes during playback in Source window

  I’m using a PC with Windows 7 pro, 16 gigs of memory, and a Matrox MX02LE. This problem is happening on four computers. This issue happens infrequently, but it does happen. I use this system as a capture/record/playback system on the sets (Video Assist).
  The problem: After capturing a clip, I double click the clip in the project box to play it back in the source window. Most of the time it works fine, but every once in a while nothing happens when I double click the clip in the project box and then the white screen of death appears and says windows is trying to find the problem. If anybody has a suggestion, I would certainly appreciate hearing from you. Thank you.
