  Adobe Premiere Pro cs5.5 RAM memory problem

  hey everyone i use Premiere cs5.5, my pc is i7 8gb whit gtx470.
  and i try to edit 1080p movie but it is very very slow. my ram is on 7.45gb of 8gb and the computer is stock from time to time. https://up353.siz.co.il/up2/tjwgyx4ofunn.png
  the mercury playback engine is on gpu acceleration, and i work on avchd seq.
  appear that something not working well.

  help some one..
