I know this has been asked around a lot, but here goes.

I just purchased a Canon T2i and have taken quite a bit of footage (all at 1080p, 24fps). Regarding editing, I have a multi-core PC with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 (64bit).

Since CS5 allows you to natively import/edit DSLR footage, i use the DSLR >> 1080p24 sequence settings included with the program.

My question is that when i am ready to export my video for outside playback (media player, web, what have you), what are the best export settings to use?

i.e. should i use “Match Sequence Settings” or use custom settings. I would like to have the best quality possible at a decent/small file size.

    Any ideas/configurations are sincerely appreciated!
