Hi! I am a new guy here and also new guy for fully high definition world.
I shot footages, 1920x1080p PAL, by a high definition camera.
I am trying to make MTV DVD, or may be KaraOK DVD, 720×576 PAL.
My question is which sequence setting should I use in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4?
    1920x1080p PAL or 720×576 PAL?
I don’t want to lost any amount of video quality.
    Thanks for your response.

720×576 PAL since that’s what it’ll ultimately encode down to for DVD.

Thank you Scott Roberts. I have one more question.
Since my clips are so short, I want to use highest bitrate setting.
Actually as much as 2 Pass 9.8 Mb.
But I know it shouldn’t be for some other reasons.
So for the good quality, how do I set video bitrates for maximun, target and minimun?
    Thanks again.
