Adobe Premiere Pro and work drive settings
Hi everybody, I am new to this forum and I really need your help! I am rendering a 5mns video as Quictime (.mov) file and the computer will take up to 25 hours to render it.
Here is my computers configuration :
Pentium 4 CPU 3.40 GHz
2 GB R.A.M.
1 partitionned HD : C= 100 Gb (70 Gb free space), D= 150 Gb (122 Gb free space)
1 external USB 2 HD (7200 rpm) = 500 Gb (400 Gb free space)Could someone please tell me how to obtimize Adobe Premiere Pro’s rendering knowing that all my soft is on the C drive?
I have set the computer to allocate virtual memory itself on all drives. What I mean is that I don’t know how to set the various work disc spaces up in Adobe Premiere Pro’s settings. At the moment, they are all set up on the external HD.
Thanks guys in advance for your help, hope you’ll be abble to sort me out!
PS : Please excuse my English, I’m French and you might well know, nobody’s perfect…
If anyone could help me on this, I would really apreciate
