  Adobe Premiere Pro 2019 Locating Media issue

  I am trying to open a project that was converted from a Adobe Premiere 2018 to an Adobe Premiere 2019 project via the Adobe system. However I am 99% complete on “Locating Media” and it will not go any further. I’ve cleaned my cache files out and restarted with zero improvements. I need to make some tweaks to this project and send out for a client ASAP. Any ideas?

  My system info is as follows:
  MAC Pro Late 2013
  OS Mojave Version 10.14.1
  Adobe Premiere Pro Version 13.0.2
