This strikes me as a font problem. Try unloading extra fonts from your system fonts folder and see if that helps.

Yes, you right. It’s font problem.
After unloading some fonts, it can work correctly.

But these fonts are installed by Microsoft Office 2003, it’s unreasonable.
The language version of Microsoft Office 2003 is Traditional Chinese.
I hope Adobe can fix it in next patch.

One of the fonts may be damaged. Try reinstalling Office.

Also, sometimes simply taking fonts out, restarting the computer, then putting them back in can fix problems. It forces Windows to rebuild some font cache data, and that may be where the problem is.

Also, Premiere may not be compatible with all double-byte fonts. Since Adobe doesn’t produce a Chinese version of the application, I doubt they’ve tested it with all the Chinese fonts out there.
