    Hi!

I’m assistant editing for a feature documentary.

There were some media where there were no slates, so I had to use Merge Clip function in Premiere to
sync the audio and video, it worked well. But:

When I sent the project file to the editor and when he’s trying to re-link the media, the merged clips did not re-link
the audio correctly, it doesn’t seem to locate the original audio and the sync points when trying to re-link.

Does anyone have a solution to relink this ? or is this error common with Merge Clip functions?

Plural Eyes creates new assets when you sync the media you just have to located the new assets
and they are fine, but when using Merge Clip function, it doesn’t seem to create new assets…so…not sure what the solution is.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best,

    Yong
