  • Adobe Premiere CS4 update version 4.01

I have a Sony Camcorder HDD model DCR SR72. In the version 4.00 of the Adobe Premiere CS4, in the timeline both tracks, video and audio, shows without problem, but when I made the update to version 4.01 the audio track is empty, no sound at all. I pass a lot of time to solve this problem but no sucess. So I went back to version 4.00 and all is okey again.
With the others Sony camcorders no problem at all, may the problem is that the DCR SR72 is a hard drive storage.
I will appreciate any help in this issue, thanks in advance.

Dose the video and Audio play in the source monitor, but not in the timeline? – this happened to me too and so I just matched framed and replace a few of the clips and suddenly the audio returned to them all.

In the source monitor only play the video, negative the audio, the same hapens in the timeline.
    Thanks for your comment.

Are you using the source settings for video and audio on the sequence?

(look at the far left edge of the sequence window to see where the video and audio tracks that are enabled are indicated.)
